Household Hazardous Waste Day - September 12th, 2020

NRV Regional Household Hazardous Waste Collection & Document Shredding Day - September 12th, 2020. Residents Served by the New River Resource Authority are invited to participate in the regional HHW & Document Shredding Event. Residents interested in this event will need to call NRRA at (540) 674-1677 starting August 4th 2020 to schedule an appointment and to get location information. No commercial waste or commercial vehicles will be accepted for HHW or Document Shredding. This program is sponsored by the New River Resource Authority.

COVID-19 Procedures

The New River Resource Authority is still operating under normal ours. In order to protect the public and our workers we encourage the practice of social distancing by keeping a distance of at least 6 feet from others and avoiding crowds or gathering in groups.
