The New River Resource Authority (NRRA) seeks competing conceptual proposals for a public-private partnership for design and construction of an expansion and renovation of its Administration Building. NRRA has received an unsolicited proposal under the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act (PPEA) of 2002 and has resolved to consider it along with any competing proposals submitted. The proposed project is located at 7100 Cloyd's Mountain Road, Dublin, VA. Following evaluation of competing proposals, NRRA may negotiate an interim or comprehensive agreement with the successful proposer. NRRA will receive for simultaneous consideration any competing proposals that comply with the procedures adopted by the NRRA and the PPEA. Copies of the unsolicited proposal are available upon request or for review in person at the offices of the NRRA at 7100 Cloyd's Mountain Road, Dublin, VA. Confidential material in the conceptual proposal has been redacted in accordance with the provisions of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act. The New River Resource Authority Waste Management Facility provides the New River Valley Region of Virginia with leadership in the solid waste management field.
